Nepal, April 24 -- Shova Gyawali, Chairperson of Nepal Republic Media, has stated that media is not merely a medium for delivering information.

Speaking at a special event organized on the occasion of the organization's 17th anniversary, she emphasized that media is not just a tool for information dissemination but a powerful force in shaping society. She stressed the need to strengthen the voice of the people.

She highlighted that the role of media goes beyond reporting news-it must also build trust and create an aware and responsible society.
