Nepal, July 30 -- The Madhesh Province Government has restricted the use of government vehicles across all districts citing heightened security concerns.

The Provincial Ministry of Home Affairs, Communications and Law has instructed all government offices under its jurisdiction to refrain from using official vehicles for any purpose other than essential government work.

In a circular issued by ministry official Radheshankar Prasad Pant, government offices have been urged to ensure the safe management of official vehicles and avoid their unnecessary operation in view of the current security situation.
