Nepal, Sept. 5 -- The Karnali Corridor road has been obstructed by a landslide at Bhukaha Khola in Jagannath Rural Municipality-5 of Bajura district following incessant rainfall since last night.

According to Inspector Gagan Singh Bhat, information officer at the District Police Office, Bajura, landslides occurred at sections of the Karnali Corridor in Bandhu of Himali Rural Municipality-7 and Jagannath Rural Municipality-5.

The landslide at the Bandhu section of the Karnali Corridor was cleared using a JCB excavator from PS Construction. However, the road remains blocked at the Bhukaha Khola section.
