Japanese firms unveil over Rs 1 billion green technology investment plan for Nepal
Nepal, July 27 -- Japanese companies have announced plans to invest more than Rs 1 billion in Nepal to introduce advanced technologies in sustainable agriculture, environmental protection, water purification, energy efficiency, and waste management.
The proposed investment was unveiled during the "Japan to Nepal: Innovate, Integrate and Inspire" event organized by Sandipani Group of Companies and Nepal Universal Trading in Kathmandu on Sunday. The initiative is expected to open new opportunities to boost agricultural productivity, promote environmental conservation, and improve energy efficiency through green technologies.
