Nepal, Oct. 16 -- Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has alleged that certain elements are actively working to disrupt the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) election.

Speaking to the media during an inspection visit to the District Coordination Committee office in Bhaktapur, Minister Aryal warned that the government will not tolerate any activities aimed at undermining the electoral process.

"There are some elements which are trying to spoil the environment of the election. The government will first seek an explanation from them. If they do not respond appropriately, the government will take necessary action," he said.
