Health Ministry reviews community nursing and OCMC services
Nepal, Aug. 24 -- The Ministry of Health and Food Security on Monday reviewed the progress and future plans of the Nursing and Social Security Division and the National Health Education, Information and Communication Centre, focusing on improving community nursing and One-Stop Crisis Management Centre (OCMC) services.
The review was held in the presence of Health and Food Security Minister Nisha Mehta and the minister's chief expert adviser, Dr Manohar Pradhan.
The meeting reviewed the development of community nursing services, the status of OCMCs operating in all 77 districts, and the provision of services related to eight types of complex diseases.
