Kathmandu, Aug. 13 -- Nepal's monsoon is in full swing, with the low-pressure line lingering close to the Terai, the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) reports. Over the next 24 hours, the country is set to remain under thick cloud cover.
Moderate rainfall is expected in most areas today, while heavy showers could drench parts of Madhesh, Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces. One or two spots may even see torrential downpours. Karnali Province could also get heavy rain in isolated locations.
