The demolition campaign, led by the Ministry of Home Affairs in coordination with Pokhara Metropolitan City, follows high-level consultations and renewed political will. Prime Minister Balendra Shah held discussions with Pokhara Mayor Dhanraj Acharya, while provincial lawmakers were briefed on conservation efforts.
