Kathmandu, Aug. 13 -- The government has appointed vice chancellors to four major health science academies that had been without leadership for a long time.

On Tuesday, Prime Minister and Chancellor KP Sharma Oli made the appointments based on recommendations from a search committee coordinated by the Minister of Health and Population (MoHP).

According to the source within the PM office, Patan, Pokhara, BP Koirala, and Karnali health science academies have all received new leadership.
