Nepal, July 13 -- The Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) has raised alarm over the parking of suspicious vehicles outside the gates of several media houses, saying the incidents disrupted journalists' movement and created an atmosphere of fear among media workers.

According to the FNJ, suspicious vehicles were parked outside the gates of Kantipur Publications in Tinkune, Onlinekhabar in Buddhanagar and Himalaya Television in Mid-Baneshwar, among other media houses, from 7 am on Monday. The federation said the vehicles obstructed journalists working at those organizations from freely entering and leaving their workplaces.
