Nepal, Oct. 17 -- Recent monsoon-related disasters have damaged 242 private houses in Myagdi district, including 91 that were completely destroyed and 151 that sustained partial damage.

Chinakhet and Chhepare in Bhakimli were among the worst-affected areas, with two people killed in landslides. The disaster also damaged 33 sheds and washed away a protective concrete wall along the Kaligandaki River.
