Kathmandu, Nov. 19 -- Home Minister Om Prakash Aryal has said that elections are the cornerstone of democracy and hence the opportunity to vote should not be missed.In a video message from his secretariat on Tuesday, Minister Aryal stated that the government has been mandated to hold elections on March 5 by establishing good governance and the rule of law. He also requested all eligible voters to register their names in the voter list to ensure their voting rights.
