Nepal, Oct. 8 -- Minister for Communications and Information Technology Jagdish Kharel has stated that the current government, founded on the mandate of the Gen-Z protests (September 8-9), has a primary mandate to conduct the upcoming election with the participation of all political parties and citizens on the announced date.

Speaking at a program held following his visit to the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) Central Office in Bhadrakali on Wednesday, Minister Kharel called on all stakeholders to cooperate in creating a conducive environment for the election to the House of Representatives scheduled for March 5, 2026.
