Nepal, July 17 -- An agreement is likely to be inked between loan shark victims and the government negotiation team today.

Preparations are underway to sign the written agreement by formalizing the verbal commitment reached between the government team and representatives of loan shark victims at Simara on Wednesday, according to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
