Nepal, Aug. 5 -- Biratnagar received the highest rainfall measuring 151.6 millimetres (mm) in 24 hours from Monday morning, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA). The NDRRMA stated that 365 stations out of a total 437 measurement stations recorded the rainfall during the period.

Likewise, 87 centres of the Authority across the country recorded the details of temperature. The Authority stated that Lahan recorded the highest temperature with 37.2 degree Celsius, while Thakmarpha in Mustang district recorded the lowest temperature with 9.5 degree Celsius.
