Nepal, March 11 -- Ambassador of Bangladesh to Nepal Md Shafiqur Rahman hosted an iftar dinner in honour of heads of mission and members of the diplomatic corps in Kathmandu on Tuesday. Senior officials from Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other distinguished guests attended the event.According to a press statement issued by the Embassy of Bangladesh in Kathmandu, the ambassador welcomed the guests by extending Ramadan greetings and highlighting the spirit and teachings of the holy month of Ramadan. He underscored the longstanding friendly relations between Bangladesh and Nepal and reaffirmed Bangladesh's commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties.
