Nepal, Sept. 14 -- Armed Police Force (APF) seized 5,000 kilograms of cannabis from Itahari early Sunday morning.
Based on a tip-off, a Koshi Province APF team from Pakali, Sunsari, intercepted two suspicious trucks at around 1:30 AM. A search revealed 158 sacks of cannabis packed inside the vehicles.

According to APF DIG Kumar Neupane, the trucks were found abandoned in front of a petrol pump. "It has not been determined where the cannabis came from or who it belongs to. The drivers are also missing," he said.
