Nepal, March 13 -- The government, in coordination with Nepal Airlines Corporation, has been conducting rescue flights to bring back Nepalis stranded in various countries in the Gulf (West Asia).

According to Nepal Airlines, 272 Nepali nationals stranded at Dubai International Airport were repatriated to Nepal on Thursday through a special rescue flight.

The same aircraft had earlier transported 260 passengers stranded at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu to Dubai.

Likewise, another rescue flight is scheduled for Friday, which will depart Kathmandu carrying 267 passengers to Dubai and return with 164 stranded Nepalis.
