Nepal, March 10 -- The highly anticipated Nepali revenge-drama 'Muktipur' hit the floors Tuesday, launching with a traditional shubha muhurta at Indrayani Temple in Basundhara. The team performed clapboard and script puja, blessing the project before shooting began, with cast and crew present at Ganesh Temple.

Directed by Sunil Pandey, the film marks his feature film debut, though he is already known for directing shorts and documentaries. Produced under Sahiba Films in collaboration with Everest Film Academy, the story is also written by Pandey himself.
