Nigeria's Foreign Affairs Minister, Yusuf Tuggar, took quite a few people by surprise during a live TV interview when, in addressing the reported demand by the US for Nigeria to accept deportees from Venezuela, he instinctively tapped on a punchline from the American rap group, Public Enemy, to make the point about Nigeria's unwillingness to bow to pressure from the United States of America to accept Venezuelan deportees.
