Nigeria, Oct. 1 -- The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) on Tuesday said that the ongoing dispute between Dangote Refinery and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) has resulted in significant disruptions to Nigeria's energy sector.

In a letter dated 29 September, addressed to the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) and Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), the NNPC said the industrial action has resulted in significant production deferments.
