Nigeria, Aug. 25 -- The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Caucus in the House of Representatives has declared its support for all the recent decisions taken by the party's organs and committees, including those arising from the recent Zamfara and Lagos meetings, to stabilise the party.

The resolution was taken at an emergency meeting of the caucus in Abuja on Monday.

Briefing journalists after the meeting, the Caucus Leader, Fred Agbedi (Bayelsa), said lawmakers of the 10th House are fully aligned with moves by the PDP leadership to reposition the party ahead of the 2027 general election.
