Nigeria, Feb. 14 -- Nigeria's Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari, has been elected Chairperson of the Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), marking a significant milestone for Nigeria's leadership in global agricultural governance.
