Nigeria, Sept. 24 -- The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) is probing the sudden death of its Cross River State Commander, Commander of Narcotics, Ogbonna Uzoma.

PREMIUM TIMES earlier reported how the NDLEA official was found dead in a hotel in Calabar, on Thursday, when his officers had come to pick him up for a scheduled assignment.

Buba Marwa, the NDLEA chairperson, on Friday, ordered a probe into the incident from Maiduguri, Borno State, where he was attending a retreat for heads of agencies organised by the Federal Ministry of Justice.
