Nigeria, Sept. 9 -- Nigeria's largest educational publisher, Learn Africa Plc, has announced the resignation of Iyinoluwa Aboyeji, a Non-Executive Director, from its Board of Directors, effective 7 September.

The publisher disclosed this in a regulatory filing signed by DCSL Corporate Services Limited, the Company Secretary, on Tuesday.

The company extolled Mr Aboyeji's dedicated service and strategic guidance to the educational publisher in the previous years.

Mr Aboyeji has been instrumental in the company's growth in the educational technology space, Learn Africa added.
