Nigeria, Sept. 28 -- Each time Onyeka Nnaji leaves for the gym at Klub O42 Gym Centre in Enugu State, he has only one intention: to exercise his body.

But the sight of busty ladies and women with tight dresses at the gym often 'steals' his attention and focus.

"It is a challenge. But you cannot tell them (women) not to visit the gym because of the distraction they cause," Mr Nnaji, who visits the gym frequently, said of the distraction caused by women at gyms.

Despite the distractions, he still finds a way to regain control of himself quickly.

For him, men completely distracted by the sexy women at gyms are not intentional about their goal of visiting gyms.

"I am a man. We see things here. But I control myself by being disciplined," ...
