Nigeria, Aug. 24 -- Fidelity Bank Plc has announced a potential delay in the publication of its audited financial statements for the half-year ended 30 June, after securing an extension from the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

The lender said it secured an extension from NGX Group to 30 September to publish its half-year financial statements, according to a regulatory filing by its Company Secretary, Ezinwa Unuigboje, on Monday.

Fidelity Bank said the extension became necessary because the audit of its H1 2026 financial statements is still being finalised.
