Nigeria, Oct. 24 -- Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang has urged indigenes of the state living in Kaduna to back President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid, citing federal backing for infrastructure projects in Plateau.

Mr Mutfwang made the appeal on Friday while addressing members of the Plateau community in Kaduna ahead of the official flag-off of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign on Saturday.

He said continued cooperation between Plateau and the federal government would accelerate development, urging the community to help secure another term for Mr Tinubu.
