Welspun Corp Limited completed acquisition of 51% stake in Welspun Captive Power Generation Limited

India, July 31 -- Welspun Corp Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of an additional 51% equity stake in Welspun Captive Power Generation Limited (WCPGL) from Welspun Living Limited, comprising 1,50,64,213 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each, resulting in WCPGL becoming a subsidiary of Welspun Corp Limited and increasing the company's total holding to 74%.
