Lithuania, March 19 -- Lithuania based VsI "Mindraja" has secured contract from Lazdiju rajono savivaldybes administracija for Services for capturing quarantining and caring for stray and unattended pets in the territory of municipalities of Lazdiju district Services. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
