Vestas wins 43 MW order in Germany for six V172-7.2 MW turbines

Germany, Oct. 28 -- Vestas has secured an order for a 43 MW wind project in Germany. It will be booked in the company's fourth-quarter order intake.The order covers six V172-7.2 MW turbines. The customer and the project name have not been disclosed. The project falls under Vestas' EMEA region.Vestas will also provide a 20-year AOM 4000 Service Agreement for the turbines. Delivery is planned to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027, and commissioning is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2028.
