Brazil, Sept. 4 -- Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd (the "Issuer" and the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Eldorado Drilling to provide marketing and operations management services for the Deep Value Driller, a seventh-generation ultra-deepwater drillship.
