Norway, June 12 -- Allstad has entered into an agreement with Veidekke's subsidiary Seby AS to rehabilitate the eight-storey office building at Rådhusgata 1 in Oslo. The contract is a design and build contract valued at NOK 222 million, excluding VAT, plus options.Nearly 11,000 sqm of building space will be upgraded with new technical installations, rehabilitated facades, and flexible office areas across the upper seven floors as well as in the ground-floor commercial premises. The upper floors will be redeveloped with new vertical facades and rooftop terraces, while the building will be adapted to meet current standards and expectations.
