Norway, Nov. 5 -- Veidekke has been commissioned by Tertnes Holding AS to build the Eidsvågbakken 13 office development in Bergen. The project will be carried out as a design and build contract, valued at approximately NOK 120 million excluding VAT.The project comprises a new office building with one basement level and four office floors, totaling approximately 3,300 square metres (GFA). The building will feature high-quality materials and solutions throughout. The project will be delivered through a collaborative contracting model with an open-book approach.The basement level will accommodate parking facilities, technical rooms, storage areas and changing facilities, while floors 1 through 4 will be dedicated to office space.
