Norway, July 6 -- Veidekke has been commissioned by Odden 1 AS to also construct the third phase of the Odden residential project in Hinna Park in Stavanger. The contract comprises the construction of 36 apartments in an 11-storey building under a design and build contract valued at NOK 107 million, excluding VAT. Since May 2022, Veidekke has developed the residential project in close collaboration with Odden 1 AS, a partnership between Stavanger Utvikling, Entra, Camar Eiendom and OBOS Nye Hjem.
