Norway, June 26 -- Veidekke has signed a letter of intent to acquire Ucklum Grus ab, an aggregates business located near Uddevalla. The transaction will further strengthen Veidekke's position in the Gothenburg region, where the group already holds a solid presence across construction, asphalt, and aggregates markets.Ucklum Grus ab was established in 1994 and has nine employees. In 2025, the company generated revenues of SEK 45 million and an operating profit of SEK 13 million. Veidekke will acquire 100% of the shares in Ucklum Grus ab through a cash settlement. The agreed purchase price corresponds to an enterprise value of SEK 45 million on a debt-free basis. The consideration will be financed from Veidekke's existing liquidity. The curren...
