India, Oct. 9 -- Vandana Griha Nirman Limited has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 25, 2026.The company's registered office is at 1st Floor, Block C, 16A Chowringhee Mansion, 30 Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, Park Street, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700016.
