Romania, Aug. 26 -- Romania based UTILBEN has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Tractors - Purchase of agricultural machinery within the project entitled "Modernization of the communal platform for the collection and utilization of manure, Odorheiu Secuiesc Municipality, Harghita County" (Lot 1 and Lot 2) . The value of the contract is worth 539991.24 RON .
