United States, May 22 -- Upstate Construction Services Inc., East Syracuse, New York, was awarded a $10,003,714 firm-fixed-price contract for the Gas Alley Modernization Project at Fort Drum, including construction of a new two-lane road, demolition and reconstruction of existing roadway, installation of lighting, passive and active barriers, controls, site work, utilities, storm water management and related infrastructure at the Ontario Avenue Access Control Point.
