Ukraine, Feb. 23 -- As Ukraine marks four years since the start of Russia's full-scale war, the European Investment Bank (EIB), the bank of the European Union, continues to support the restoration of essential social infrastructure, helping communities maintain basic services. Today, the Bilochka kindergarten in the village of Verkhnia Bilka, Lviv oblast, reopened after a major renovation, providing a safe and functional environment for children aged three to five.The upgraded kindergarten now offers early childhood education for 40 children and improved working conditions for 13 staff members.
