Norway, June 26 -- Strøm Gundersen, a company in AF Gruppen, has entered into a contract with Linstow for the rehabilitation, extension, and additional floor construction of the office building at Kronprinsens gate 9 in Oslo. The contract is valued at NOK 284 million excluding VAT and will be carried out as a collaborative design and build contract.The building currently consists of nine floors, including two basement levels. It will be expanded toward the courtyard and receive an additional full floor.
