France, Jan. 8 -- France based SYNERGIE4 has secured contract from L'Institut polytechnique de Grenoble (Grenoble INP - UGA) for Analysis apparatus - Purchase and installation of a coupled EBSD-EDS 3D analysis system on a Helios 5 PFIB CXe MEB-FIB. The value of the contract is worth 29398500 EUR.
