Bids were solicited via the internet with nine received.Work will be performed in Salinas, Puerto Rico, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 15, 2028.Fiscal 2023 military construction, Army National Guard funds in the amount of $16,017,438 were obligated at the time of the award.
