Japan, June 9 -- Sumitomo Corporation and Hitachi Rail Limited, a Hitachi, Ltd. Group company engaged in the railway systems business, have received an order from MRT Jakarta (hereinafter "MRTJ"), a rail-based public transportation company owned by the Jakarta Provincial Government, to supply an Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system for the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) North-South Line.
