Romania, April 8 -- Romania based STUDIO 82 has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Architectural design services - Design services and technical assistance from the designer for the investment objective construction of an office building that will function as the headquarters of the North-West Regional Development Agency in the city of Cluj-Napoca. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
