Serbia, July 6 -- Recently, CSCEC topped out the main structure of the Starry Hill residential project in Belgrade, Serbia.The project includes 317 high-quality apartments, 24 business suites, and 34 commercial units, along with supporting facilities, forming a modern, mixed-use community.
