United States, July 23 -- Spiral Solutions and Technologies Inc., Bellevue, Nebraska, has been awarded a maximum $49,141,033 firm-fixed-price level of effort contract for joint exercise, training, assessment and related support. This contract provides for planning, development, execution, and analysis of joint exercises for U.S. Strategic Command.Work will be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 5, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and four offers were received.Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $7,407,400 are being obligated at time of award. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (FA4600-26-F-0050).
