Solstad Maritime ASA - Letter of Intent for CSV Normand Jarstein

Norway, May 4 -- Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Reach Subsea ASA for the charter of the CSV Normand Jarstein for operation in the Mediterranean and Black Sea.A commitment, subject to final contract, has been entered into for the vessel to commence transit during the current week.The Letter of Intent is for a firm period of two (2) years, with one (1) optional year.
