France, June 26 -- France based SOCOTEC DIAGNOSTIC has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Building consultancy services - Framework agreement for regulatory real estate diagnostic services (DPE, asbestos, lead, gas, electricity, Carrez, DERNP) and diagnostics prior to demolition or rehabilitation operations . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
