United States, March 4 -- Sociedad Espanola de Montajes Industriales S.A., Madrid, Spain, is awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for construction services. This contract provides for paving of roads and parking lots, interior and exterior painting of facilities, and inspection and repairs to roofs. Work will be performed at Naval Station Rota, Spain, with an expected completion date of March 2031. The maximum dollar value for the 60-month base ordering period is $15,000,000. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Navy funds in the amount of $7,667 will be obligated at the time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
